Ok so here is original images:

Resize to what you want the put them in a new window then eraes anything you don’t want:

Then add black background:

Then make a duplicate of the second pic and make it overlay:

Then the first picure make it hard light:

Then add the words you want and make them beveled and any other effects you want:
